The Bulk Actions button makes it easy to update multiple users at a time.
How to use Bulk Actions
Click Users on the top menu bar to be taken to the Users page.
Select the users that you want to include in your action by ticking the boxes tot the left of their names.
Click the orange 'Bulk Actions' button at the top of the Users page, then select the function that you want.
Note: Admin of a site can not be included in Bulk Actions.
Using bulk actions you can:
- Send notifications
- Register users into one or more courses or collections
- Remove users from courses
- Add users to groups
- Remove users from groups
- Reset passwords
- Make users inactive or active
- Delete users
Note: If you are wanting to delete an Editor of a site, or make an Editor of a site inactive, you need to remove their Editor permissions first.
