Bulk Actions

To use Bulk Actions, go to the Users page and select the users that you want to include in your action by ticking the boxes to the left of their names.

Click the orange 'Bulk Actions' button at the top of the Users page, then select the function that you want.

Note: Admin of a site can not be included in Bulk Actions.

Using bulk actions you can:

Add users into courses/collections/groups
Remove users from course/collections/groups
Send emails to users
Reset passwords
Make users inactive
Delete users

Note: If you are wanting to delete an Admin or Editor of a site, or make an Admin or Editor of a site inactive, you need to remove their Admin or Editor permissions first.
