How to add users to your content using Bulk Actions

Using bulk actions you can add users to courses, collections or campaigns. Follow the instructions below to learn how to do this.

Adding a user to a course using bulk actions

To add a user to a course using bulk actions go to the Users page.

Once at the users page, search for and select your user(s) you want to add to your course(s) and select Bulk Actions.

Then select Register ... Users in Course / Collection.

This will open a pop up where you can select the course(s) you would like to add these users to.

By default the pop up will display your collections if you have any, use the Register into: drop down to change this to Course.

Note: You will notice that there is a 2nd drop down that you can change the users from a guest to a contributor, learn more about what this means here.

On the left hand side your will see any Available courses you can select and Add to move them to the Selected right hand side.

Note: an available course is any published courses in your site, if you cannot see your course in this list check it is published and not still a draft.

You will see a tick box Send notification email upon enrolment, this will ensure the selected users are emailed about the enrolment you are making. If you don't want Intuto to email them make sure you untick this box seen above in the bottom left of the pop up.

Then select Submit to add the users to the selected courses.

Adding a user to a collection using bulk actions

Note: you will need to have your collection(s) set up before taking these steps, learn how to set up a collection here.

To add a user to a collection using bulk actions go to the Users page.

Once at the users page, search for and select your user(s) you want to add to your collection(s) and select Bulk Actions.

Then select Register ... Users in Course / Collection.

This will open a pop up where you can select the collection(s) you would like to add these users to.

On the left hand side your will see any Available collections you can select and Add to move them to the Selected right hand side.

Note: an available collection is any published collections in your site, if you cannot see your collection in this list check it is published and not still a draft.

Warning: this options is only available on our Service Plus plan and by request.

You will need to have your campaign(s) set up before taking these steps, learn how to set up a campaign here.

To add a user to a campaign using bulk actions go to the Users page.

Once at the users page, search for and select your user(s) you want to add to your campaign(s) and select Bulk Actions.

Then select Register ... Users in Course / Collection.

This will open a pop up where you can select the collection(s) you would like to add these users to.
