You can use Bulk Actions to enrol one or more users into courses/collections from your Users page.
When using Bulk Actions, you can enrol Users into:
Enrolling Users into Courses
To enrol a user or multiple users into a course using bulk actions, go to the Users page.
Search for and select the user or multiple users you want to enrol, by ticking the box to the left of their name. Once you have selected the users you want to enrol, click Bulk Actions at the top of the screen.
In the menu, click Add # Users to . . . The number shown will be the number of users you have selected.
You will then see the following popup, change the Enrol into dropdown box to Courses.
You will then see a second dropdown box appear allowing you to select whether to enrol the Users as Participants or Editors, you can learn about what this means here.
On the left hand side your will see any Available courses which you can select then use the Add> button to move them to Selected list on the right hand side. You can also use the <Del and Clear buttons to remove your selections as needed.
At the bottom of the popup you will see a tick box - Notify user of enrolment by email. When ticked the users you have selected will receive an email advising them of the courses they have been enrolled into. You can untick this box if you do not want an email sent to the users.
Once you're happy with your course selection, click Submit to complete the enrolment/s.

Adding a user to a collection using bulk actions
Note: you will need to have your collection(s) set up before taking the following steps. Learn how to set up a collection here.
To enrol a user or multiple users into a collection using bulk actions, go to the Users page.
Search for and select the user or multiple users you want to enrol, by ticking the box to the left of their name.
Once you have selected the users you want to enrol, click Bulk Actions at the top of the screen.
In the menu, click Add # Users to . . . The number shown will be the number of users you have selected.
You will then see the following popup.
On the left hand side your will see any Available collections which you can select and use the Add> button to move them to Selected list on the right hand side. You can also use the <Del and Clear buttons to remove your selections as needed.
At the bottom of the popup you will see a tick box - Notify user of enrolment by email. When ticked the users you have selected will receive an email advising them of the collections they have been enrolled into. You can untick this box if you do not want an email sent to the users.
Once you're happy with your collection selection, click Submit to complete the enrolment/s.

Adding a user to a campaign using bulk actions

To enrol a user or multiple users into a campaign using bulk actions, go to the Users page.
Search for and select the user or multiple users you want to enrol, by ticking the box to the left of their name. Once you have selected the users you want to enrol, click Bulk Actions at the top of the screen.
In the menu, click Register # Users in Course/Collection. The number shown will be the number of users you have selected.
You will then see the following popup, change the Register into dropdown box to Campaigns.
On the left hand side your will see any Available campaigns which you can select and use the Add> button to move them to Selected list on the right hand side. You can also use the <Del and Clear buttons to remove your selections as needed.
At the bottom of the popup you will see a tick box - Notify user of enrolment by email. When ticked the users you have selected will receive an email advising them of the campaigns they have been enrolled into. You can untick this box if you do not want an email sent to the users.
Once you're happy with your campaign selection, click Submit to complete the enrolment/s.
