How do I enrol Users into courses using Bulk Actions?
You can use Bulk Actions to enrol one or more users into courses/collections/campaigns/groups from your Users page.

Enrolling Users into Courses
To enrol a user or multiple users into a course using bulk actions, go to the Users page.
Search for and select the user or multiple users you want to enrol, by ticking the box to the left of their name. Once you have selected the users you want to enrol, click Bulk Actions at the top of the screen.

In the menu, click Add to . . .
You will then see the following popup, change the Add to dropdown box to Courses.

You will then see a second dropdown box appear allowing you to select whether to enrol the Users as Learners or Editors, you can learn about what this means here.
Then tick the box of any courses you want the selected learners added to.

At the bottom of the popup you will see a tick box - Notify user of enrolment by email. When ticked, the users you have selected will receive an email advising them of the courses they have been enrolled into. You can untick this box if you do not want an email sent to the users.
If you have the Enrolment Access Expiry option set, you can also select whether to Extend Course Access for the applicable learners. You can learn about Access Expiry on courses here.
Once you're happy with your course selection, click Add to # Courses to complete the enrolment/s.

Enrolling Users into Collections
Note: you will need to have your collection(s) set up before taking the following steps. Learn how to set up a collection here.
To enrol a user or multiple users into a collection using bulk actions, go to the Users page.
Search for and select the user or multiple users you want to enrol, by ticking the box to the left of their name.
Once you have selected the users you want to enrol, click Bulk Actions at the top of the screen.

In the menu, click Add to . . .
You will then see the following popup.

Tick the box of any collections you want the selected learners added to.
At the bottom of the popup you will see a tick box - Notify user of enrolment by email. When ticked the users you have selected will receive an email advising them of the collections they have been enrolled into. You can untick this box if you do not want an email sent to the users.
If you have the Enrolment Access Expiry option set, you can also select whether to Extend Course Access for the applicable learners. You can learn about Access Expiry on courses here.
Once you're happy with your collection selection, click Add to # collections to complete the enrolment/s.

Adding Users to Campaigns

Search for and select the user or multiple users you want to enrol, by ticking the box to the left of their name.
Once you have selected the users you want to enrol, click Bulk Actions at the top of the screen.

In the menu, click Add to . . .
You will then see the following popup, change the Enrol into dropdown box to Group.

Tick the box of any groups you want the selected learners added to.

At the bottom of the popup you will see a tick box - Notify user of enrolment by email. When ticked the users you have selected will receive an email advising them of the groups they have been enrolled into. You can untick this box if you do not want an email sent to the users.
Once you're happy with your group selection, click Add to # groups to complete the enrolment/s.
