In October 2019 Intuto was updated with a major release. As part of that release, all completion data was carefully copied over, but some of the specific data around the exact pages completed was unable to be moved.
In situations like this, a warning message is shown at the top of the user report to ensure editors know that what they are seeing on screen may not make sense.

The most common situation of out of date data would be when pages are set as required, they haven't been viewed, but the course has a Completed status. In this situation, the user completed the requirements at the time they took the course - so the status of completed is correct.
