Pre-formatted text does not always look as expected when inserted into Intuto. This article looks at ways you can address this issue.
Intuto has been designed to work on mobile devices and uses a google approved font. However, if you copy and paste text from an external source into Intuto, the newly pasted text can look different to the Intuto font.
For Microsoft/Windows products
If you are copying and pasting a large amount of text, we would recommend copying the text into a basic text app such as Notepad which should remove any formatting behind the text. You can now copy and paste this text into Intuto.
For Apple/Mac products
If you are copying and pasting a large amount of text, we would recommend copying the text into a basic text app such as Textedit which should remove the formatting behind the text. You can now copy and paste this text into Intuto.
Holding down shift key
Instead of using a basic text app, you can also hold down the shift key when pasting the text into Intuto. Pressing the shift key removes the pre-formatting of the text and it should automatically paste into Intuto as basic text. For Mac, this would be Command, Shift, and v. For Windows, this is control, shift and v.
