How do I add / remove a site contributor / owner?

To add a site contributor / owner to your Intuto site, you need to go through these steps.

Go to setting by clicking the cog on the top right. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.

Click on Permissions from the left side menu to go to the permission settings page. You will see your site's owners and contributors listed here. Owners have a tick next to them.

Select an existing user to add as a site contributor from the drop-down menu or invite a new user to become a site contributor by clicking the 'Invite contributors now' button and adding their email address.

The new site contributor will be sent an email from Intuto with the invitation and a link to view the site.

To remove a site contributor from your Intuto site:

Go to Permission Settings and find the person who you no longer want to contribute to your courses.

Click on the 'X' on the right-hand side in line with their name. A confirm removal message will pop up. If you are sure you want to remove them then click 'Remove'. You can always invite them back at a later date.

To Remove an Owner from your Intuto site:

Go to Permission Settings and click on the 'lock icon' to unlock.

Find the person who you no longer want to contribute to your courses.

Click on the 'X' on the right-hand side in line with their name. A confirm removal message will pop up. If you are sure you want to remove them then click 'Remove'. You can always invite them back at a later date.
