Intuto has a range of reports available for you to track the progress of your users.
To access your reports, click Reports in the top right of your Intuto site.
Depending on how your site is set up, you will see some of the following reports:
- Course Report
- Multi Course Report
- Comment Report
- Collection Report
- Multi Collection Report
- Campaign Report
- Expiring Enrolments
- Report on a User
- Multi Site Reports
Course Report
A course report shows your users progress through a specific course. You will see how many users are enrolled in the course, the status of each enrolled user, how long they have spent online amongst other things. Learn how to run a Course Report here.
Multi Course Report
A multi course report is helpful to collate data from multiple courses that may not be in a collection together. You can report on 1 or more courses using this report. Learn how to run a Multi Course Report here.
Comment Report
A comment report allows you to see all of the comments left on a specific course without having to click through each page of a course. Learn how to run a Comment Report here.
Collection Report
A collection report allows you to report on a collection of courses, helping you to see the progress of users through your collection. You can approve and download certificates from this report if certificates are enabled on your collection. Learn how to run a Collection Report here.

Multi-Collection Report
A multi collection report helps you to see the progress of your users through multiple collections, allowing you to get a more overall view of the completions on your site. Learn how to run a Multi Collection Report here.

Campaign Report
Campaign reports help you to see what stage your users are at in taking a placement test. If a user has completed the placement test you will be able to see their results along with any collections they were enrolled into after taking the placement test. Learn how to run a Campaign Report here.

Expiring Enrolments
You can use an expiring enrolments report to find out if any users courses or collections are expiring before a specific date. This can be useful if you want to notify people of their expiring enrolments. Learn how to run an Expiring Enrolments report here.
Note: This report will only show if you have courses or collections that expire.
Report on a User
Reporting on an individual user will show you their enrolments into courses and collections. You can see when the user viewed certain pages, how they scored on their quizzes and also the exact answers they summitted. Learn how to run a User Report here.
Multi Site Reports
If you have access to multiple Intuto sites as an Admin and/or Editor you will have access to Multi Site Reports.
Multi Site Report
A multi site report will help you to see your users progress through courses or collections across all of your Intuto sites. Learn how to run a Multi Site Report here.
To get a Multi Site Report you need to have Admin or Editor access to at least two sites on Intuto.
Campaign Test Report
A campaign test report will help you to what stage your users are at in taking a placement test across all of your Intuto sites. Learn how to run a Campaign Test Report here.
To get a Campaign Test Report at least two of your Intuto sites must have campaigns enabled.
