Tracking & reports

Intuto tracks a lot of information including course & page views, time spent on courses and quiz results.

You can get a summary of this data for each CourseCollection or Campaign via the Intuto reports.

Click on 'Reports' at the top right corner of your Intuto screen.  Here you will find all the reports to help track course and user data across multiple sites.  Find out more about user report information.

Reports page

Reports include (details below):

  • Course report – Track user progress through courses, including quiz detail.
  • Collection report – Track users progress through collections.
  • Campaign report (if feature enabled) – Get an overview of your campaign activation.
  • Expiring enrolments report – View enrolments that are about to expire.
  • Multi-site report (if you have multiple Intuto sites) – Overview of course and collection usage across all your Intuto sites.

Course Report

Course reports can be accessed from the reports page or click on the 'Report' button on a course from your dashboard or content page.

The course report shows a summary graph of engagement, and a detailed view of the activity of users.

Reminders can be sent to all users with a specific status via the orange link in the Participant Summary section of the report. 

To see more detail for a specific user, click on their name in the list at the bottom of the screen.  This will show the user report for the specific user.

Collection Report

Collection reports can be accessed directly from the reports page.  Navigate to the 'Reports' page then select 'Collection report'.  Once on the collection report select the collection using the dropdown at the top right and the details for that collection will be displayed.

Alternatively, collection reports can be accessed from the settings, as shown below.

Reminders can be sent to all users with a specific status via the orange link in the Participant Summary section of the report. 

To see more detail for a specific user, click on their name in the list at the bottom of the screen.  This will show the user report for the specific user.

Click on an orange 'Completed' link next to a user to view their certificate for this collection. The down arrow lets you download the user's certificate.

Campaign Report

If campaigns are active on your Intuto account, campaign reports can be accessed directly from the reports page.  Navigate to the 'Reports' page then select 'Campaign report'.  Once on the campaign report select the campaign using the dropdown at the top right and the details for that campaign will be displayed.  

Alternatively, the campaign report can be accessed under settings as shown below.

The campaign report will show a detailed view of the activity of users related to the campaign, including test results if the user has completed the test.

To see more detail for a specific user, click on their name in the list at the bottom of the screen.  this will show the user report for the specific user.

Expiring Enrolments Report

The expiring enolment report can be accessed directly from the reports page. This report is used to view or export data about courses or collections that have expiry dates set on them.  This allows for tracking of expiring enrolments.

The expiring enrolments report allows the data to be viewed by course or collection and provides a filter around the expiry date as shown below.

Multi Course Report

The multi course reports can be accessed directly from the reports page.  Navigate to the 'Reports' page then select 'Multi course report'.  

From the drop down select the courses that you would like to report on, then click on the down arrow at the top to lock in your selection. You will be able to view user data, including quizzes, or export a detailed report.

Multi Site Report

If you have owner/contributor access to more than one Intuto Site, you can view or export data on collections and courses across more than one site.
